August update: Augmentive's 8 new features for Specialists

Thanks to all our specialists for your feedback.

We have been listening to your ideas and are very excited to introduce 8 new updates and features to make running your practice on Augmentive even easier.

Read on for new messaging, screen sharing, and video improvements. And, a top requested feature: session rescheduling is finally implemented.

1. Brand new messaging system, online/offline indicators & notifications throughout the platform.

We are really excited to bring you the new look messaging system! Now with read/typing receipts and notifications wherever you are on the platform.

Both our video conferencing and messaging systems are 100% secure and end-to-end encrypted.

2. Never miss a client enquiry. SMS and Email notifications when a client asks you a question.

Both you and your clients will now be notified by text and email if you have an unread message in your Augmentive inbox.

3. You can now cancel appointments!

You are now able to cancel appointments up to 24-hours before the start time, with any payments automatically refunded.

You will still hold the power to accept or reject requests and suggest times that work for you. šŸ”— Feel free to check out our cancellation policy here.

4. Video rooms updates, new look and feel. In-call chat and participant lists, as well as bandwidth indicators to check your speed.

We have listened to your feedback and fine-tuned our video conferencing software. Now showing client and session names and hosting in-call chat.

5. Screen sharing is now live and in beta.

We are really excited to introduce screen sharing functionality to video calls. This is currently in Beta and for the moment we recommend using Google Chrome if you would like to screen share.

6. Video call waiting rooms.

Get prepared for your sessions in our video call waiting room.

7. What's on-page updates, finding classes just became easier.

New clients can now browse and view classes on our 'What's on' page without creating an account.

8. Create services much faster.

We have redesigned the way you add individual and group services to your profile. You can now upload your own photo and description for each service.
